We also strive to ensure that access to essential hygiene products is not limited by financial constraints. Many lower-income communities and individuals struggle to afford hygiene essentials, leading to health risks and missed opportunities (such as school or work attendance).
By providing these materials directly—whether through donations, partnerships, or community programs—we want to help to level the playing field and improve the overall health, dignity, and well-being of those who may otherwise go without.
We aims to address the often-taboo topic of female hygiene and break down the stigma surrounding it. By raising awareness about menstrual health, hygiene products, and sustainable alternatives, the goal is to educate individuals on how their choices impact their health and the environment.
This could include promoting reusable options like menstrual cups or organic products, and teaching about proper hygiene practices, all while emphasizing the importance of eco-friendly solutions to reduce waste in the long run.
We seek to highlight and address gender inequalities tied to menstruation, reproductive health, and the broader spectrum of female health concerns. This could include advocating for policy changes, increasing visibility of issues like menstrual poverty, and pushing for gender equality in healthcare.
By shining a light on these topics, Project Often aims to start conversations, foster understanding, and create a more equitable environment for people of all genders.
